Nikolas Willing practices in all types of litigation, local government and property law, and family law.
A local resident of Bredbo, NSW, Nikolas spent most of his career working for two national law firms in Canberra and Sydney before transitioning to a regional firm closer to home. He has extensive experience in complex commercial and insurance disputes, including personal injury claims, and has managed files across most of eastern Australia and the Northern Territory. He was formerly a member of the Civil Litigation Committee of the ACT Law Society and currently serves as a Director of a heritage railway museum.
Nikolas holds a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Science from Burman University in Alberta, Canada. Prior to undertaking legal practice Nikolas worked for two different local councils in the areas of planning and agricultural compliance.
